Individualised Services to Meet Your Support Needs
We offer a range of services that is individualised to support you. No matter how complicated your support needs are or where you are up to, our expert support co-ordinator will assist you in achieving your NDIS goals.
Our services include community participation, NDIS plan management , respite for carers, In-home Nursing, Domestic assistance, Personal care, overnight support, travel, transport and post hospital discharge support and Allied health services.

Personal care
A support worker can assist you with bathing, showering, going to the toilet, offering support with shaving, dressing, brushing teeth, getting ready for the day, medication reminders, meal prep and getting ready for bed. Purple tree will work with you to find the most suitable worker who matches your preferences.
Domestic assistanceYour support worker will work with you to complete basic household tasks such as Cleaning , laundry, vacuuming and mopping all accessible floors, wiping surfaces, sanitising toilet and showers and emptying visible garbage bins.
Community ParticipationYour support worker will work with you to achieve your goals through accessing the community or participating in social activities.
Transport ServicesYour support worker can assist you to get to appointments or attends activities that you enjoy. Depending on your needs, a support worker might drive you around, ride with you on public transport or join you on a walk.
Assistive technologyAt purple tree health, we use assistive technology to promote greater independence and safety for individuals living with a disability. Assistive technologies that we use include mobile equipment and daily living aids.
Allied HealthAllied health services are dedicated to help you to remain active, assist you to function well psychically, emotionally and socially. We use a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach, offering occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology, and dietician / nutrition services.
We care about working with you and understand that you have individual needs. We will work with you to provide a range of therapeutic and intervention supports that are tailored to match your unique needs.

At Purple tree healthcare, we understand that every individual is different and has different needs and we are here to work in partnership with you to achieve your goals.
We work with participants from the ages of 6 months to 65 years old.
You don’t need a referral to access our services we see both private and NDIS clients. We also complete high quality reports to support people leading in to plan reviews from the NDIS.
Individuals and Families can visit us in our clinic, or we can see you in your everyday, natural environment. We also provide telehealth services, distance is not a barrier to receiving high quality care.
